Bryan was polite ,explained what was he was going to do and was very determined to fix the leak ( which presented a challenge due to age of pipes ) he assured me he would not leave it unfixed. Great work ethic. Nice to witness this young man ‘s work. James had been early the week before and fixed other issue and was excellent , as well. Both were prompt and called when on the way.

Always the best! I must say how wonderful the team at Roto Rooter is! From the ease of booking an appointment online, text confirmations, and a call when they are on the way, they couldn’t make it any easier. I loved my service provider. He was extremely knowledgeable and didn’t mind me peppering him with questions and hovering over him as he worked. He showed me the issue and was able to correct it on the spot! I always feel like a VIP customer when they come out so if y’all want a company that cares about you and stand by their work I highly recommend you call Roto Rooter!

Rico, with Roto Rooter, was hard working, knowledgable, explained the situation, paid attention to details ie: timeliness and cleanliness as he was right on time arriving at my home and was careful when coming in or out of my home not to track dirt etc., left nothing behind in the work area. i have worked with other companies and have found Roto Rooter to be high qualified and respectful of people's finances. i will continue to Roto Rooter in the future.

I have used Rotor-Rooter many times over the years, but my experience with them this time was exceptional. My tech Byron Garrick was very personable and professional; he worked swiftly and efficiently and took the extra time to make certain my issue was completely fixed prior to leaving the site; and I am so thankful he did because we discovered it wasn't completely fixed when we thought it was and because he took the extra time to make sure, he saw it wasn't quite finalize and he was able to completely fix the issue prior to leaving. I'm grateful for his work. Thanks Byron!

The three gentlemen that helped resolve my problem were extremely patient, professional and kind and offered me advice on how to prevent the same issues from occurring in the future.
